Ingredients

  • 1 Big Karela
  • 4 Small Size Aloo / Potato
  • 6 TBSP Oil
  • 2 TSP Salt
  • 1 TSP Turmeric

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut Karela and potato/aloo in small square pieces. 

  2. Mix Salt and turmeric in karela and aloo and let it rest for 5 mins. 

  3. Heat the oil in the pan and shallow fry Karela and aloo for 10 -15 mins in medium heat till the aloo and kerala is cooked.
