Ingredients
- 1 ½ Cup All-Purpose Flour/ Maida
- ½ TSP Ajwain
- ½ TSP Onion Seeds / Kalonji
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1 TSP Baking Powder
- 2 TBSP Refine Oil to Mix
- ½ Cup Water to Mix
- Refine Oil to Fry
Instructions

Mix Maida, ajwain, kalonji, salt, baking powder and refine oil and mix it.

Rub it till Maida flour changes its color and texture.

Mix water slowly and knead it in proper consistency – nor too loose nor to hard. The dough should be easily able to converted into a shape

Let it rest for 10 mins

Divide the dough in big balls and roll it to big round shape

Cut it in small diamond or rectangular pieces

Rest the pieces for 10-15 mins

Fry it in refined oil till golden from both the side

Rest it to get cooler and then can be eaten
