Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cup Besan (gram flour)
  • ½ Cup Rice Flour
  • ½ TSP Ajwain
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 1 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1 TSP Turmeric
  • 1 TSP Red Chilly Powder
  • 2 TBSP Refine Oil to Mix
  • ½ Cup Water to Mix
  • Refine Oil to Fry

Instructions

  1. Mix besan, rice atta, ajwain, salt, turmeric, chilly powder, baking powder

  2. Mix water slowly and knead it in proper consistency – nor too loose nor to hard. The dough should be easily able to converted into a shape

  3. Take the sev mould and apply oil it

  4. let the oil be hot in pan

  5. Fry it in refined oil till golden from both the side

  6. Rest it to get cooler and then can be eaten
