Ingredients

  • 6-7 Big Size Red Carrots
  • 500 Gram /1 Tin Milkmaid
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 TSP Cardamom Powder
  • 1 TSP Vanilla Essence
  • 6-7 Pieces Kaju
  • 10 Pieces Kismis
  • 5-6 Almond
  • 3 TBSP Ghee
  • ½ TSP Salt

Instructions

  1. Grate carrots

  2. Heat pan , add ghee and grated carrots and fry them for some time till the color of carrots changes

  3. Add milkmaid and stir it for sometimes, add cardamom powder, vanilla essence and dry fruits and salt and sir it for some time till the milkmaid gets dissolved and the oil starts separating

  4. Add milk and stir for sometime. Once milk also gets dissolved the halwa is ready to be served

  5. It can be served hot or cold
