Bhetki Fish Fry or Bhetki Fish Cutlet

Ingredients
- 500 Gram Bhetki Fish fillet boneless and square piece
- Lemon juice
- coriander leaves
- 3 green chilies
- 1/2 Inch ginger
- 6 medium size garlic clove
- 4 TSP Salt
- 4 Eggs
- 2 TSP crushed pepper powder
- Breadcrumbs
- Refine oil to deep fry
Instructions

Clean and wash the Bhetki fish fillet, cut it in square pieces and remove bones.

Add salt and lemon juice to fish and let it rest for 10 mins.

For Marinate: Make a smooth paste of Coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger, garlic. Massage this paste on both the side of fish and let it rest for another 10 mins.

Take eggs beat them with salt and pepper powder. Take Breadcrumbs in another plate. Dip the marinated fish in beaten egg and coat it with breadcrumbs. Repeat the process. Rest the fish cutlet for another 10 mins.

Take refine oil in a pan and deep fry the fish cutlet in medium heat till both the side becomes golden brown.
