Ingredients

  • 2 Karela
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Garlic Clove
  • Small Piece Ginger
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 3 TBSP Refined Oil
  • 2 TSP Salt
  • 2 TSP Turmeric Powder
  • 1 TSP Mustard Powder
  • 1 TSP Aam Achar Masala
  • 2 TBSP Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. scoop the seeds from Karela, add salt and turmeric with karela, boil karela for sometime.

for stuffing:

  1. add refined oil, grated onion, garlic and ginger paste, karela seed paste, green chillies sliced, salt, turmeric, mustard powder with water, Achar masala, let it sauté for some time and cool it.

  2. cool the stuffing and stuff this stuffing in boiled karela and let it rest for sometime

fry:

  1. add mustard oil, add stuffed karela and shallow fry it all the side
