Ingredients
- 3 Cup Poha
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 Cup Groundnut
- Small Ginger Piece
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 TSP Jeera
- 1 TSP Mustard Seeds
- 1 TSP Channa Dal
- 1 TSP Urad Dal
- 10-12 Curry Leafs
Instructions

Wash and soak poha for 10 minutes

roast groundnut

Heat oil, add jeera mustard channa dal and urad dal. Saute it.

Add onion, ginger, curry leaves, Green chillies, roasted groundnut than saute for some minutes and let onion turns soft

Add salt and turmeric. than add soaked poha and saute it. mix it well and cover the lit and cook for sometime.
