Ingredients

  • 3 Aloo (Potatoes)
  • 1 Onion
  • Small Sliced Ginger
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • 6 TBSP Poppy Seeds (Posto)
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 1 TSP Turmeric
  • 1 TSP Jeera
  • 1 TSP Kalonji (Kalo Jeera)
  • 2 TBSP Oil
  • 1 Bay leaf / Tej Patta

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in the pan. Add 1 Bay leaf, Jeera, Kalonji, Onion Sliced, Ginger, Green Chilies and Let them fry

  2. Once fried add Sliced Potato & Let the potato fry.

  3. Add Salt and Turmeric

  4. Add Posto Paste and Little Water & Boil the same

Once Aloo is boiled the Aloo posto curry is ready to be served with rice or chapatti
