Ingredients

  • 2 Aloo Regular
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 1/2 TSP Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 4 TBSP Oil to fry
  • 2 TBSP Poppy Seeds (Posto)
  • 1 TBSP Chili Powder

Instructions

  1. Cut aloo into pieces

  2. Add 1 teaspoon salt & turmeric powder than mix well

  3. 4 tablespoon oil, heat the pan and fry mixed aloo till they become soft.

  4. Add poppy seeds (posto) and chili powder into fry and than shallow fry.
