- 2 Aloo Regular
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1/2 TSP Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 4 TBSP Oil to fry
- 2 TBSP Poppy Seeds (Posto)
- 1 TBSP Chili Powder
Instructions

Cut aloo into pieces

Add 1 teaspoon salt & turmeric powder than mix well

4 tablespoon oil, heat the pan and fry mixed aloo till they become soft.

Add poppy seeds (posto) and chili powder into fry and than shallow fry.
