Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Maida
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Beet Root
  • 4 Carrots
  • Salt
  • Pepper Powder
  • Oil
  • Tomato Ketchup
  • Chilli Sauce
  • Black Salt
  • Chat Masala
  • Lemon

Instructions

  1. Take 2 Cup Maida and add 1 teaspoon salt

  2. 4 Tablespoon oil and water

  3. knead them and make a dough

  4. Add some oil and let the dough rest for 15 minutes

  5. Now take small dough and make it round chapatis

  6. Heat the chapatis without oil

  7. Take 4 egg and mix salt, pepper powder

  8. Now let the pan get hotter add oil and egg mixture, add chapatis over it

  9. Add little oil from top.

  10. Now the egg roll base is ready

  11. Now assemble the veggies. 

  12. Add tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, veggies, salt, pepper powder, black salt, chat masala, lemon.

  13. Roll the chapatis and egg roll is ready to be served
