Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Groundnut
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 100 gram Fresh Coconut
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 1 Red Chili
  • 1 TSP Mustard Seeds
  • 1 TSP Jeera
  • 1/2 TSP Fenugreek Seeds (Methi Dana)
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 7-8 curry leaf
  • 3 TSP Oil

Instructions

  1. Roast groundnut & green chilies

  2. Make the chutney paste with roasted groundnut, green chilies, coconut, curd , salt and little water. Make a thin paste of it

  3. Heat oil in the pan

  4. add red chili, mustard seeds, jeera and fenugreek seeds, minced garlic, curry leaf and the paste.

  5. Let the chutney boil for just 1 minute. Groundnut Chutney is Ready
