Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Rice Atta
  • 1 Cup Ragi Atta
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 1 TSP Baking Soda
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 2 Cup Water

Oil to dust idli pan

Instructions

  1. take 2 cup rice atta

  2. mix 1 cup ragi atta in rice atta

  3. mix 1 teaspoon salt & baking sofa

  4. add 1 cup of curd and add water to make proper consistency in idli batter & Rest the batter for 15 minutes.

Rest Batter for 15 minutes

  1. Use little oil to dust the idli making pan

  2. steam it for 15-20 minutes
