Ingredients

  • 4 Tomato
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 TBSP Groundnut
  • 4 TBSP Sesame Seeds (White)
  • 4 TBSP Futn (Phutana)
  • 3 Red Chilies
  • 8 TBSP Oil
  • 2 TSP Jeera
  • 2 TSP Mustard Seeds
  • 1 TSP Fenugreek Seeds
  • 1 TSP Coriander Seeds
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 1 TSP Turmeric
  • 1 TSP Garam Masala
  • Onion
  • Ginger
  • Tamarind
  • Jaggery
  • water

Instructions

  1. roast groundnut,sesame seeds, phutana, red chillies.

  2. Take 4 tablespoon oil, add jeera,mustard seeds and coriander seeds and let it splutter

  3. add onion, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, add roasted groundnut, sesame seeds, phutana and red chillies

  4. add salt, turmeric, red chilly powder, Garam masala powder, add jaggery and tamarind

  5. add water and let it boil

  6. Then make a paste of it.

  7. 4 tablespoon oil, add jeera, mustard, fenugreek seeds, chilly, curry leaf and add the paste and little water

  8. Let it boil
