- 3 Aloo (Potatoes)
- 1 Onion
- Small Sliced Ginger
- 3 Green Chilies
- 6 TBSP Poppy Seeds (Posto)
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1 TSP Turmeric
- 1 TSP Jeera
- 1 TSP Kalonji (Kalo Jeera)
- 2 TBSP Oil
- 1 Bay leaf / Tej Patta
Instructions

Heat oil in the pan. Add 1 Bay leaf, Jeera, Kalonji, Onion Sliced, Ginger, Green Chilies and Let them fry

Once fried add Sliced Potato & Let the potato fry.

Add Salt and Turmeric

Add Posto Paste and Little Water & Boil the same
Once Aloo is boiled the Aloo posto curry is ready to be served with rice or chapatti
